Quays, a Rabie Development was awarded the ILASA’s Merit of Excellence in 2017. The contemporary quayside village experience was developed around central canal and piazza with a restaurant. The soft landscaping enhances the human scale, creating intermediate visual levels, with subtle focus on hard landscaping detail using quality material.
Mayfair Mixed-Use – Century City
Mayfair, a Rabie Development in Century City, is a mixed-use development consisting of Commercial and Residential Buildings. The street facing commercial building with a pedestrian colonnade links to the internal residential buildings arranged around two landscaped courtyards. A green spine with a natural streams and ponds system interlinks the courtyard with paths and timber decking.
Azuri Resort Village – Mauritius
Conventional development models in Mauritius repeated themes and forms of un-mixed use. A distinct and planned separation of sprawling campus hotels, local individual insufficient subdivisions and isolated gated communities as foreign enclaves.
